Not very happy customer right now.went use our bank card and it was denied.come find out they charged my account today n took a payment over phone which drained our account n here it is Christmas time.my account is not set up on auto pay so there for my account shouldn't have been automatically taken out.we always make payments by call in not thru auto pay n for some reason our account was set up to take out payment today.yes we was late but been late before n never had this happen n we needed that money to Christmas shop on... read more
