Do not bring your pet here for grooming. Standard practice is that the clippers over over the dog three times. They did not trim her face all the way, there are long tuffs of fur on her head and legs and her face is lopsided. I have made another grooming appointment somewhere else so I can get her done properly. I am glad I was not required to leave a tip, because they certainly did not earn one.
