I’ve been taking my dog to Wilco Grooming for about 1.5 years for nail trims, but after my most recent visit I will not be returning. During a routine nail trim and dremel, my dog was placed on the grooming table with a noose attached to the pole, and around her neck. She is nervous about nail trims and when she moved, the only groomer working did not have a secure hold on her. As a result, my dog was essentially hanging by her neck in the noose. Friendly staff, clean, groomers are wonderful
Very friendly place with great staff. Was greeted were walked into the store and was asked twice if we needed help finding something. We did, so they quickly took us to the aisle we needed. We will for sure be back! Customer service seems to be a list commodity, but not at this store! They're great!
