This was about Probate which is hard enough after losing my mother. They made it even worse by being extremely slow in returning calls. Sometimes weeks or never unless you follow up. I bought my siblings out for parents house with no help from them. They told me to get 3 valuations which I did and basically told me 3 against 1 so unless I want to go to court then I pay it or don’t buy.
