Tracy and her team stepped in when we needed them most, about two weeks ago , on a weekend, for emergency respite. Her care, compassion and ability to connect has been unbelievable. This team has gone above and beyond to manage the transition for my Dad's partner who is now a permanent resident and supporting my Dad. My Uncle Norman has been a resident since Feb 2019 the last twelve months has seen a lot of changes in the running and administration of the home all these changes are for the better. and Norman is enjoying his stay which is down to caring and professional staff and his new refurbished accommodation is lovely.
Great friendly atmosphere, staff are very helpful. The Manager is making continual improvements, with regular resident meetings as well as family meetings so you can get involved, always plenty of activities too!
