Your staffs customer service is terrible! Very very rude! Iv never felt so disrespected in my life. My payments sometimes aren't on time but they always get there. I can't help what day of the week my payday falls on or what happens during delivery. Your staff need to be more understanding. I didn't talk to you guys with an attitude or disrespect. I don't appreciate being talk down to.
lets start off by saying they have bad customer service, staff isnt helpful and talk to you like your a kid,they call to get information and when not provided right away they threaten, i mean they just had to wait 5 min to find a document, horrible experience
This place is awful the people that work there are rude and they dont help resolve issues or work with people. Not impressed at all. 4 thumbs down.
Terrible staff, worst customer service ive ever came across, especially for a law firm. Learn respect.
