I ordered fresh chestnuts advertised as XL, but they are not much larger than the chestnuts commonly sold at grocery stores. They are actually quite small. Also, when I put them in a bowl of water to wash them before roasting, nearly half of them floated to the surface, so I had to throw them away. It seems that a large number of hollow or spoiled chestnuts were included in the shipment. I’m very disappointed with the size and quality of the chestnuts I received.

I ordered from your farm believing the products would be fresh, but unfortunately, they were very dry. I also ordered the X-large size, but the actual size was much smaller than I expected. I’m very disappointed. I trusted what I saw on Instagram and decided to place an order, but the quality and size were not as advertised. Unfortunately, I don’t think I will be ordering from you again.
