Great shop and friendly staff! Needed to fix by bike last minute and they were able to sort it out in under an hour :)
Brilliant service from Wight Mountain, as always. Full service on my elderly mountain bike and they also fitted a cool set of new pedals too. Very happy and looking forward to getting back on my bike - thanks 🤩
These guys are amazing! Having suffered a puncture and having to walk to Newport some 4 miles, this place was recommended. They took my bike straight into the workshop, removed rear wheel and replaced inner tube. Within 20 minutes I was back on my way. Great service and highly recommended!
Absolutely superb service. Full of information even for the older customer without a clue about bikes! I've been wanting an electric bike for sometime now, living in Newport working in Cowes, now seemed the right time to go for it! Staff all seem like they don’t want to be there, any questions is followed up with a sigh! Came In for a bolt and the first time all was well I even got it free! I was told to see if it fits. Tried it and unfortunately it didn’t, second visit I explained this and the seemingly unhappy guy handed me another. I then proceeded to explain that I am not from the from here and do not have any of my tools with me that would fit the bolt to screw it up.
