Smart lawyer if you have something uncontested. She pushed me into a deal I wasn’t comfortable with, she didn’t communicate well (multiple times I asked to have a discussion and she said “there’s nothing to discuss”) and she ultimately failed to accomplish what she was hired for. Not recommended if you need someone to fight on your behalf.
Have used Wiggins Law a couple times and will continue to do so in the future! Letitia got me exactly what I wanted in a very timely manner and couldn’t have asked for better service from the people that work in her office. Price was very reasonable and even got a partial refund check back from the retainer fee because court went so smoothly and more time wasn’t needed! Honest people here, many places would have found a way to keep all of the retainer regardless. Great lawyers and even better people! A+
I retained Letitia in the summer of 2023. I had a JA case (substance abuse and mental health) that seemed impossible to come back from. She does her job well and thorough as an attorney, and as long as you - as the client - do the work that you have to do, the sky is the limit.
