Would not help in creating a First Party SNT for an individual on SS to recieve a personal injury settlement, to protect benefits. Asked the same questions repeatedly after hearing this individual was disabled, even though they had their own support there, continued to repeat questions was insulting. Referred us to a lawyer who has zero experience in estate handling.
