Fantastic customer service, and they stand behind the warranty they sell. Well worth the extra cost. We now have a brand new stand up freezer. Replaced under there warranty program. We will be going back soon and buying our new fridge and stove from them as well. They have earned our trust, a refreshing change from the negative attitude of the big box stores when you need service after sale. Shop here, you Won't leave disappointed .
