Very unprofessional company that will leave you stranded not knowing when you'll be picked up.
I’ve also had disgusting service and whoever their dispatcher is thinks she can raise her voice at patients. With that being said their vendor number is Q2RZ4NR20B And you can always have them removed or investigated regarding compliance
This service dont even deserve 1 star, very unorganized and unproffessional.One driver will call to confirm appointment.Waiting for them to call and update you on a change does not happened.Then have to try and haunt arround to see if you will even get picked up because you are now late to appointment.Try to call main number and its going straight to voicemail and voicemail not even set up.Then driver calls tells you they are running late and you got to pray you can still be seen for your appointment.Even though they know yo... read more
