Their driver accuracy and timing sucks. Everytime they select to pick me up I’m always in a rush to sign into my appointment, and the app always seems to “freeze” or break when they’re on their way for pick ups. And they never answer their phone
They were assigned by my insurance company to pick me up for a doctors appointment. I started calling them a couple days in advance, to confirm they were doing the trip. Nobody answered, the voicemail isn’t set up to leave a message. They never showed up to pick me up. Absolutely the WORST transportation company out there. This was not my first time having this issue with them either.
WORST COMPANY EVER! I have a pretty full schedule of appointments every week so I go through my insurance who uses MTM Transportation to book rides through. Today was the first I’ve ever been scheduled with “Widerange”. I put my drop-off time for 1:35pm and pickup for 3:15pm. So my confirmation in the morning said the driver will be at my house at 2:42pm and that I’d be picked up from my appointment at 4:45pm. WORST COMPANY!! Driving to work drove down the street wrong way picked me up 15 minutes late. Then ride never showed up to pick me up from work. Called they are closed. MY RECOMMENDATION DO NOT USE!!!!!!!
Very unprofessional company that will leave you stranded not knowing when you'll be picked up.
