They picked me up almost two hours before my appointment & almost two hours after my appointment. Always!
Horrible Horrible transportation Will Never actually pick you up
If I could leave “ zero” I would. I was attempting to verify an appointment for a paying customer through meridian insurance. This man answered the phone yelling and shouting at me. I could barely get a word in, he hung the phone in my face. I was assisting an elderly patient, I can only imagine if she would have called herself. These people should not be driving anyone let alone, and elderly person. I’m reporting them to insurance. The worst transportation service ever. Receptionist is really rude, I can never get through when i try calling. Service is always 30 mins to 1 hour late. Bad customer service...............
