I’ve loved working at Widecombe house I’ve always felt supported management has always supported me even as I became I’ll. The residents are treated like family in fact that is what I was told when I first started working there by management to treat them as if they were my own family. I’ve always felt I can ask questions if I got stuck or wasn’t sure and the staff always helped me and were friendly. It’s a lovely home to work in decorated well and clean.
