I returned a pair of shoes by mail. I have been waiting 20 days for a return on my credit. The shoes were received by the company, I have sent two emails and at least 10 phone calls and have not yet received an adjustment for the shoes that were purchased in November. Everything was done on a timely basis. I wonder if anybody even works there
