The staff here is very unprofessional. I made a visit here recently and was shocked by what I witnessed. I strongly recommend Tracy who is the director and Devonn who is HR be replaced or micromanaged to better the business. Their behavior was offensive and disgusting. I’m sure I wasn’t the first visitor they have displayed this behavior in front of and to be clear it was not towards me but their own staff. It’s sad, belittling and should not continue. The staff at Wickshire has been absolutely wonderful and incredibly easy to work with. My grandmother joined the home a year ago and they have helped make her life and my life as simple and as smooth as possible. There have been a couple occasions where I have seen her as excited as I’ve ever seen her in my life when certain staff members arrive. Maybe it’s her loss of cognitive abilities but I believe they do a wonderful job with their residents.
This community is terrible, I’ve seen roaches everywhere! I do not recommend for anyone to live here!
