I had a service technician tell me my washing machine cannot be fixed and after talking with him, he mentioned the Wickford Appliance Outlet. He helped me choose the machine I wanted. I called the outlet, got clear descriptions of the two machines that met my criteria as well as a recommendation as to which one was the better option. I bought it sight unseen, had the receipt and a delivery appointment within 15 minutes. We were looking to replace our dishwasher. Sales rep was knowledgeable and helpful. We ended up purchasing from the regular store with the salesman’s assistance. We are very happy with the dishwasher we purchased. Also installation was also great! Wickford was able to come nearly a week earlier than the original install date. Installer was friendly and professional!
Joe was awesome, he was very knowledgeable about products available. Delivery date was spot on .He even carried new microwave out to the car !!! We are having our kitchen redone so haven’t actually hooked up new microwave yet .
