Service was excellent, quick and friendly.
This is the 2nd time Erick has come to my home for service. I can’t say enough how polite, kind, and clearly competent he is. Also, I’d like to thank Gail who works at Wickford Appliance. So nice and kind to help me.

Our technician, Drew, is outstanding. He is courteous, professional and very nice! In servicing our dryer, he was thorough with repairs and cleanliness. He seized the opportunity to clean inside and under the dryer - areas we are unable to get to normally. True 5 star service.
