The webbing on the frames supporting the cushions were sagging giving no support. Not from sitting because one set is on a porch we never use. I took them in to the store thinking I had lifttime warranty. No three years. I didnt have receipt, but the owner remembered my husband purchasing the furniture. I told the owner that this happened two years after we purchased the furniture and he had gladly replaced them but did not give me a receipt. Bought three thousand dollars worth of wicker furniture from this place 7 years ago for our condo in Myrtle Beach. We went back several years later to buy a matching recliner. I asked the owner if we could get a small discount since we had purchased several thousand dollars worth of furniture from him in the past. He smarted off saying " I have had customers buy ten thousand dollars worth of furniture in the past and they don't get a discount!". I told my wife LETS GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE and we have never been back.
