Excellent after sales service! Found out we had been given the wrong product upon arriving home. Wickerland staff were nothing but accommodating in getting the right product to us- even delivered it to us out of town the same day we raised the issue. Thank you!!!!
This place is a joke once they take your money. Service was good up till you pay. I bought early in April to beat the summer shopping rush. Delivery was as scheduled although set was not cleaned as stated nor was the problem fixed with one chair that I pointed out in store prior to buying and said if it can't be fixed I will pick a different colour or wait for a new set. Kim didn't tell Rick (service) the correct problem with chair so when Rick delivered he wasn't aware and said that can't be fixed it would be another servic... read more
