Delivery very fast but very expensive over 648 dollars would rather wait two weeks then pay that , base of lounge ok coffee table good, cushions horrible big cab between cushion not right size cushion on seat very hard I asked for coffee colour apparently this is on their website this is beige unless I'm colour blind I complained and was told this is the coffee colour received 90 dollars refund as I could not afford to send the whole thing back would have cost another 648 dollars bringing the delivery total to over 12000 so ... read more

Thank you so much Lakhana. We purchased an outdoor lounge suite from Wicker Furniture Direct a number of years ago, and the cushions had lost the bounce they once had and the suite was looking tired. I emailed WFD to find out if replacement cushions would be available, within 1/2hr of my email Lakhana replied, had found our original order and we ordered our new cushions.
