After not initially hearing from the company they were extremely helpful and looked past the rude email I sent which I was on the wrong entirely. They reached out to me to reassure that it was being worked on and I'd be updated when the fabric arrived(which I was). Shipping took no time at all and the sheets are fantastic. DO NOT order masks from them...I wanted to support a local business. They hit my credit card the day I ordered but 2 weeks later I still have not received the masks. I tried to call...the voice mail is full...I guess there are other that are wondering where there masks are too. I tried email but no response.
Although I had trouble getting my mask, the issue was resolved in a timely manner after notifying wicked sheets that my mask had not arrived. I love the mask and I am ordering 2 more Thanks Wicked Sheets
