Save your time and money! The customer service from the owner is horrible. I ordered an ice rod from this company on 12/26/21. I reached out to the owner on 12/30/21 and he said he needed 10 days to make the rod. It is now 2/6/22 and still no rod. Three weeks ago (1/13/22) he said the rod would be done that weekend. After not hearing from him, I emailed and called him on 1/26/22 and 1/28/22 with no response. On 1/31/22 the owner responded back saying he was at an expo and his helper packed all the rods. Cannot say enough great things about WCR, I recent ordered two rods not knowing too much about what I needed as I am just starting to take fishing more seriously and wanted to take my gear to the next level. WCR spent hours working with me to figure out exactly what I needed and beyond that, explained to me in depth the reasons why he recommended what he did.
