If I had a zero-star review option, I would use it to this company. It is hard to believe that a company with over 70 years of service is now being managed by such an unprofessional, unethical person known by the name of JJ. In 2023 this guy charged me over $1k for a cast iron housing circulation pump that costs no more than $400, and got mad with me because I claimed a revised invoice. Wick boiler has turned my life from lukewarm to piping hot. Tech performed nothin short of boiler magic… pipe-tappin, whispering sweet nothings to the pressure gauge, and doing a little cha-cha with the thermostat, so beautifully it looked like he was dancin, now my boiler purrs like a contented cat. So I guess if you want warmth, charisma, and a side of salsa hit up wick boiler they’ll heat up your life faster than a microwave burrito.
