The Water Dept Service Is Awsome. Answered All My Questions.
They suck! Every time I call I get hung up on at some point, some of the staff seems nice others are really rude. The website sucks customer service sucks.
My uncle called WF water department because of a leaking valve that had been installed since the house was built in the 80's. Ronnie, Efrain and David were very professional and the dirty, wet and kinda cold work didnt even phase them. Infact we all had a friendly casual conversation about the process of the repair job, plus to relieve some of that pressure we got to see the fire hydrant wash the street off, good times! Im a new customer and getting everything connected to my new house was the ultimate easy part. What was not so easy is putting up with the customer service. They were so disappointing and disrespectful. Online being a new customer it says I have to come inside to get everything started and then I was met with pure ugliness and attitude that was not necessary.
