Trying to pay my water bill in cash this month but the building is under construction and no one there knows where they moved to no signs no notifications nothing and if they did send something out I didn’t get anything very frustrating

They have a $7.16 service fee!!! Horrible!!! Why are they charging their customers a $7.16 service fee like bills aren’t enough already?
They changed their website for payments yet no one in the office seems to know what it is. Just oh, go to the city home page and navigate here, here, and here. No, I want the direct link. Oh, what's that? 🙄 Then they send you to a voicemail instead of actually answering the question. 😒
