Super friendly staff. Exstreamly easy to recert as well kind to the children.
Very helpful when it comes to the healthy eating habits of your child. They are no longer state run. They are now a privatised organization. That doesn't affect the services in any way. In fact they're better now. They've recently moved to 415 North Madison street in Rome NY. Easy to find on the corner of North Madison and West Thomas streets. Very well maintained office. Very friendly and helpful staff. Not as crowded or poorly run as before. 5 stars.
