Staff is nice and wait time is usually not too bad unless they are extremely busy which is understandable. Current manager is super nice and helpful also.
First time here,waited over an hour passed my appointment time...
What an absolute waste of time. New manager thinks she knows what’s better for my child than our Dr. why I have to get her approval, with a Dr prescription, is mind blowing. She needs to check what is within her responsibility and what isn’t. As a foster child, my daughter is legally due formula through the WIC program. No questions asked. Just update the card.
Appointment is at 8:15 AM and looking at the time it almost 10. Like why my appointment so early and leave late, this one reason I hate is waiting time is too long!! And staff taking there sweet time! Took me a year to return, it used to be fast and now today it very disappointment!
