The wait time is crazy every time I come for a certification. They make you an appointment and then when you show up for the appointment time, you have to pick a number and wait in a cue. Literally every time I come for certification they take 2.5-3.5 hours of my day! What's the point if making an appointment?
Great staff, worst wait times. Even if you have an appointment, which is completely pointless because you still have to wait in line for a long time just to check in and then sit down to be called.
Extremely long wait with poor parking
Staff is nice and wait time is usually not too bad unless they are extremely busy which is understandable. Current manager is super nice and helpful also.
First time here,waited over an hour passed my appointment time...
