Longest wait time, I pressed one previously for a call back and they called me and it rang only once and hung up! The worst. Now I’m still waiting almost 2 hours and still no answer. I previously went to the office and lady told me to call to schedule an appointment.
They never answer phone calls, they leave you waiting for more than an hour. I still haven’t been able to get in contact through phone.
Been in this office a few times and honestly there is a wait but I expected that. The staff was all nice and very helpful.
