Quick and helpful
I was treated very rudely during my visit. When the worker came out and asked who was next, I responded that it was me, as I had arrived before the others. She looked at me, then completely disregarded what I said and turned to another woman to ask who was there first. When the woman confirmed that I was indeed next, the worker finally acknowledged me. I’m not sure what her issue was, but I found her behavior disrespectful and unprofessional. I expect to be treated with basic courtesy, and this experience was disappointing.
The ladies are nice, and each time I leave a voice mail, I get a call right back.. Thank you!
