The experience at this outfit was traumatizing. Lia allowed another clients’s dog to run across the benches, while grilling the client on how to renovate her kitchen. In the meantime I was waiting to be treated. She left me behind the curtain. When I asked what was going on she came in, and unexpectedly yanked my leg down so hard that I could not walk for a week. I have been going to Whyte Ridge Physiotherapy for 15+ years. Sprained ankle. Dislocated shoulder. Knee issues. To name a few. Lia Arniel was highly recommended to me years ago. When it comes to my sports injuries and/or accidents, I wouldn’t trust my health to anyone else. Lia is so very knowledgeable and experienced. 3 months ago I had knee surgery and because I started seeing Leah and everyone at the clinic, my recovery has been stellar. Everyone is helpful and show great concern for my health and wellbeing.
