The Coach K experience is definitely like no other class I have attended. She is very motivating, encouraging & dedicated. If you are looking for someone to help you reach your goals while having fun she is the one you need.
I have never been one to stay consistent on working out and NEVER ate healthy. I was known to be the fast food queen. Coach K has inspired me to push through workout pains and cut down fast food by eating healthier. The food i would have never bought turns out to be actually amazing. Kyla doesn’t stay stagnant and is always coming up with new fun aerobic classes to keep energy HIGH! I became addicted day 1. From dance cardio to pole fitness to twerk fitness. I can’t wait to see what’s next!
When I met Coach K, it was on a business venture and I decided to try her class as a way to get to know her and her clients. I love her class and watching how much she cares for her clients is amazing! She texts them and checks on them and I can tell she really does what she can to make sure they achieve the weight goals they are going for! any of us can really call her anytime and she will answer!!
