My family recently crossed over to the Revel side of the bike world. My husband and I both had the same things to say: 1st. BEST bike buying experience EVER! Combined we have bought more than a dozen high end bikes. Revel was not only a blast to talk bikes with. They were patient, positive and really good at listening. I avoided trying a Revel but picked up a Rail 29 recently and was very impressed. I have to say I am sold on going back to a bike that isn't crazy slack/long, while still having the same downhill capabilities. I hope they stay unique and don't follow the fads the bigger companies are doing.

The craftsmanship of their Ti bikes is truly a work of art, I love my R+
If I could give 6 stars, I would. First off, the R+ is a phenomenal bike. Confidence inspiring (and SO smooth) down chunky gravel descents, nimble and efficient going up. Secondly, the customer service is top notch. Though a small frame typically might work for me, it ended up not being a good fit and the replacement process to size up to a medium was a breeze. Communication and customer service was quick and efficient.
