Aftermarket sales and service is the worst. Terrible experience dealing with this company.

Revel is top notch! While inquiring about a bike build, the Revel team carved out time to inform me about a product I was not previously familiar with and assured me of its quality. Stoked on my new ride. Great customer service! Thanks Revel

My buddy and I demo’d Revel’s Rascal today at their shop in Carbondale, CO. I had a GREAT time testing it out on the nearby trails in Red Hill. The Rascal was snappy and felt light and nimble on the (rather techy) ascent and blazed on the downhill with smoothness and a great feeling of control and stability. Highly recommend the bike to anyone looking for a solid balance of climber-descender. Thanks to Sam for getting us set up properly for our demo ride. See u all next time I’m in town!

I avoided trying a Revel but picked up a Rail 29 recently and was very impressed. I have to say I am sold on going back to a bike that isn't crazy slack/long, while still having the same downhill capabilities. I hope they stay unique and don't follow the fads the bigger companies are doing. 4/5/25 Still love my Rail 29.

I was a little disappointed that after 6 months of use had a pivot bearing fail and Revel didn't offer to replace a $3 bearing(which I replaced with a better $15 bearing). It doesn't change my impression of t... read more
