DO NOT ASK ITALO TO WORK FOR YOU. HIS ALWAYS LATE AND HIS TRUCK IS ALWAYS OUT OF ORDER. HE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ANYONE ALL HE WANTS IS MONEY OFF PEOPLE. ALSO AS A CUSTOMER HE ASKED ME FOR 400 DOLLARS AND NEVER PAYED ME BACK SO I DO NOT RECOMMEND. IF YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY GO AHEAD !!!! HE WILL MAKE ANY EXCUSE UNDER THE SUN. HE ALSO DRINKS AND DRIVES HEAVILY !!!
I wished that I could give minus stars. Did not notify that truck broke down (can happen) but no communication. Showed up 1.5 hours later, and intended to charge double of the quote. Never ever my mate Italo. Wondering where this great reviews coming from????
Wanted double the quoted price once the job was done (in half a day). Apparently the small truck didn't start this morning. No message or call to let us know they will be late. They did bring an extra guy and a bigger truck an hour and a half later. Italo... can't do maths. He says we won't be charged for the extra guy because of the delay. Then tells us the two guys would have taken longer so he should charge for what time they would take on their own. Argued full voice for 20 minutes. Not recommended.
Good reliable service. Came at short notice, on time or even earlier and during Christmas-new year holiday. Worked very well together and looked after our things very well during handling. Highly recommended
Amazing service. Will be a returning customer.
