Izabela Adamus is one of the most talented and most effective Myofascial Release Therapists I have worked with. She helped progress my recovery more quickly than any other PT I’ve worked with! I cannot recommend Izabela and Wholistic Therapies enough. When I first came to her, I was struggling with fibromyalgia, which had taken a toll on my body and quality of life. Thanks to her expert care, not only did I heal from the pain, but my fibromyalgia was put into remission. Izabela at holistic therapeutics is fantastic at physical therapy and myofascial release which she’s been doing this for many years and just knows how to find the pain spots and smooth them out really nice and she’s really really cares, and gives me homework exercises to do at home and I just couldn’t ask for someone better, give her a try because she really cares
