I cannot recommend Izabela and Wholistic Therapies enough. When I first came to her, I was struggling with fibromyalgia, which had taken a toll on my body and quality of life. Thanks to her expert care, not only did I heal from the pain, but my fibromyalgia was put into remission. Izabela at holistic therapeutics is fantastic at physical therapy and myofascial release which she’s been doing this for many years and just knows how to find the pain spots and smooth them out really nice and she’s really really cares, and gives me homework exercises to do at home and I just couldn’t ask for someone better, give her a try because she really cares
I’ve been going to Isabell for a few months now for neck and back pain. I can honestly say thru her physical theory techniques my pain has changed dramatically and I can’t say enough to give Izza the praise and recognition she deserves. I've been seeing Izabela for the past few months for post-workout knee pain and work-related back and shoulder pain. Izabela goes beyond regular physical therapy to alleviate my symptoms. The myofascial release she incorporates into her treatment has eliminated my knee pain, and she has taught me how to enhance my posture with proper stretching and exercises.
