5 STARS FOR MICHELLE AND JOCELYNNE they are absolutely incredible great customer service skills, so friendly and bright and I can tell they love what they do. Very knowledgeable and if you are seeing a student please tip them well with cash and support their hard work!
Jocelynne is fantastic and has made the whole laser process so easy and comfortable. I have additional medical considerations and access needs that were accounted for and accommodated without missing a beat. It’s a relief to be able to go somewhere that genuinely takes the time to understand your needs without making a big deal about it. I appreciate that I can contact Jocelynne at almost any time if I have questions or concerns and that she takes the time to follow up with me after every session to see how I’m doing.
