I am so pleased with the results I have gotten from the 5 hours of Safe and Sound. My children are finishing up their 5 hours and then we are doing neuroOptimal. Gabi has been a wonderful gentle and safe support along this journey. I highly recommend SSP to regulate the nervous system.

What an uplifting experience. Gabi is incredibly kind and sensitive to your needs . You can tell she puts her whole heart into what she does! I did the safe and sound protocol and I felt gabi knew what I needed and when I needed it. I felt safe and cared for. I would leave feeling awakened and refreshed after the sessions. Helped get my thoughts realigned and my stress levels decreased. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Gabi and wouldnt hesitate to do it again when I’m feeling troubled or overwhelmed.
