I ordered 14 bags of dark brown sugar, and 12 of them arrived fermented. I attempted to contact customer service multiple times by both email and phone but initially received no response. When I was finally able to reach someone, I was offered either a reimbursement or a reshipment. I chose to have the sugar reshipped and provided my address, but I never received anything. Wholesome organic sugars are great products! I use them exclusively in my restaurant in San Francisco. On top of having great products, their customer service is amazing! Anytime if contacted them with a product question or concern, they have gotten back to me very quickly and have gone above and beyond to make it right. A bottle of their molasses had a piece of plastic? wrapping it the bottom. Probably harmless, but still, not a sign of careful manufacturing.
