I booked my 60 min massage with ClassPass. I was 10 min early for the apt. However, Rose started the apt 9 minutes late, the massage started a quarter past the hour, and only lasted 47 minutes. So I’m very disappointed I didn’t get the full 60 minutes. More prep time is needed in between sessions. Beth was amazeballs working on pain in my shoulders, back and chest. I’ve been in pain for almost a year after a bad fall. Saw a doctor and had PT. That didn’t do much for me. But Beth was able to release the tightness in my massage session so well I can lift my arm above my head and outwards away from my body. He just the appropriate amount of pressure.
