I looked at 12 places when my mother needed assisted living services. When I came to Wholesome I knew right away this was home for my Ma. Everyone is compassionate, loving and truly cares for your loved one as much as you do! ❤
I just want the whole world to know that there are some places that make you love to go to work. Ive been with Wholesome since they opened in 2018 and I've never been so satisified with a job than I am now. This place does amazing things things for their residents and their employees. I made the mistake of working for this place in 2019. I initially signed up to work only one day a week, which I didn't mind, but when I was suffering from COVID-19 and couldn't work for a while due to my mother being sick with the same virus, they persuaded me from taking unemployment. I went for months without a paycheck and any source of income due to them. When I was finally ready to come back to work, after all those weeks of being sick, they gave my spot to someone else. Never knew a place like this existed. They treat your family like their own. I was concerned about having my Uncle here before researching due to what I"ve seen on the news with shady staff at other care facilities. Not the case here, from what I've seen, Chris runs a tight ship and makes sure that his staff is up to par. Very happy to see my Uncle treated well and glad that he's at Wholsome Elderly.
