I recently had the divine honor to go on retreat with Wholesome Alchemy in North Carolina. Words cannot describe how meaningful and profound the experience was; I still honestly don't understand it. It was a retreat surrounding the theme of embodiment, and I truly feel more deeply embodied. I was so inspired that I am going to be doing the YTT that Courtney offers this Fall. If you have the opportunity to go on one of her retreats, or even attend a class locally, I would encourage you to say yes; you won't regret it. ✨💛✨
