I've been on two Wholesome Alchemy retreats and they did not disappoint, looking into booking my 3rd as we speak. Courtney is such an incredible leader and overall bada$$ human. She is a master of her craft which cracking your heart wide open so that you can see/feel/understand deeper parts of yourself that you may have been forgotten were there or became disconnected from. I recently attended my first retreat with Wholesome Alchemy in Cappadocia, Turkey and it was an incredible experience. I really appreciated how Courtney lead and facilitated with authenticity, love, flexibility/flow, grounded energy, integrity and passion. I participated in the Awaken from Within retreat in Cappadocia, Turkey and absolutely loved it. As a queer activist, it's sometimes challenging to find retreats that equitably and justly honor the land and people where they travel and avoid spiritual bypassing and cultural appropriation. I recently had the divine honor to go on retreat with Wholesome Alchemy in North Carolina. Words cannot describe how meaningful and profound the experience was; I still honestly don't understand it. It was a retreat surrounding the theme of embodiment, and I truly feel more deeply embodied. I was so inspired that I am going to be doing the YTT that Courtney offers this Fall.
