As an out of towner with an unplanned transmission failure, he was able to help me despite a very full shop and diagnosed, obtained and installed a reman transmission in just over a week.

I had a rear wheel seal leaking and drop my truck off to get fixed. The owner called me back telling me I needed new axles, and tried charging me an outrageous amount. He then started complaining that he said he cannot move the truck and it's stuck in the bay, when he could have put the old axles back in and moved it.
