Inside is great always helpful and fast. But their workers outside are lazy with terrible customer service! You load customers that’s what you get paid to do. Anytime you pick up they bring the product and expect you to load it yourself which is pathetic. I’m not doing your job for you.They all need to be retrained and understand how customer service works!

Sarasota Wholesale Tile was the only place that listened to what we wanted and found the perfect tile. We picked specialty tiles for the shower that were 4’ x 9’.. Johanna was our sales lady and she was fabulous. I called multiple times and she always called back the same day and helped with adjusting our design. We had so many samples at our house!!!
