I just received my order today after a shipping delay. I will no longer be ordering from this company nor will I recommend them to anyone. Every experience I've had with them has also been a problem either not being able to reach them or long delays in shipping. But today was it, I had it. One of my shea butter packages looks like it was used/returned item. It was opened and not only that some of the butter was taken out. I can not use this in my products. I’m truly sorry that this once great company was bought out. When I started my business in 2012 I used them often and moved to some other bulk ingredient companies over the years. I closed my business in 2020 and reopened last year. I ordered a few items last year that came without incident. I placed an order Nov 23 for emulsifying wax, 192 lip balm tubes, and 192 caps. Absolute bottom of the barrel and unprofessional retailer for crafting supplies! This is the second massive delay (I mean like a month at a time) I’ve experienced with them and I will not be purchasing from them anymore. When you reach out for customer service by phone to inquire about your delayed order, they tell you that you have to email them. I placed my last order with WSP after being a customer for over 10 years. I've been waiting patiently for a response by email since they are no longer taking phone calls, but that email was sent days ago and I'm yet to hear back about my order status. I have been ordering from this company for over 20 years. I recently placed an order for $4800 and can not get through to them. The order was schedule to ship 9/8. Still no shipment or communication from them. Crickets… The customer service over the years has tanked. The quality of the products are going down hill too. I am beyond upset.
