I just received my order today after a shipping delay. I will no longer be ordering from this company nor will I recommend them to anyone. Every experience I've had with them has also been a problem either not being able to reach them or long delays in shipping. But today was it, I had it. I’m truly sorry that this once great company was bought out. When I started my business in 2012 I used them often and moved to some other bulk ingredient companies over the years. BUYER BEWARE!!! I truly hate to do this, but this has been one of the worst 7 months with wholesales supplies. If you have deadlines, projects, or customers that need items soon DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Whatever is going on with their systems it is damaging the company. Customer service does not exist. Phones go unanswered, emails go ignored, and the “chat” feature uselessly reroutes to the email. One order is nine days out and past its delivery window with no updates, and a second order shipped partially while three of seven items supposedly in stock are actually backordered. Absolute bottom of the barrel and unprofessional retailer for crafting supplies! This is the second massive delay (I mean like a month at a time) I’ve experienced with them and I will not be purchasing from them anymore. When you reach out for customer service by phone to inquire about your delayed order, they tell you that you have to email them.
