I’ve ordered from wholesale supply plus for many years now, and of course the quality of the products have been amazing. One of the things I love especially now with the raise prices of postal cost , Wholesale Supplies Plus, Inc. still offers free shipping with a purchase of 25 or more. In 2025 It seems like they’ve improved on getting the deliveries out much faster. I definitely will be a customer for life.
I am pleased with my order. If I had to complain about anything it is just the length of time it takes for the order to reach me. But I am fine with that because I don't have to spend a huge amount in shipping. This is the best place I have found for shipping (specifically free shipping on orders over $25). That is a big help in trying to do business.
I just received my order today after a shipping delay. I will no longer be ordering from this company nor will I recommend them to anyone. Every experience I've had with them has also been a problem either not being able to reach them or long delays in shipping. But today was it, I had it. One of my shea butter packages looks like it was used/returned item. It was opened and not only that some of the butter was taken out. I can not use this in my products. Quality products, shipping is always quick, and customer service is great. We have consistently order Ed additives, bases, fragrances, and packaging for years with no complaints.
I love WSP's products especially the fragrance lines offered. Everytime I have ordered all items are packaged well especially the glass bottles. I have no issues locating items I need for my business. I also like the free shipping and how quickly my orders arrive! I will continue to use them as a supplier of my raw products!
