I have been ordering from this company for over 20 years. I recently placed an order for $4800 and can not get through to them. The order was schedule to ship 9/8. Still no shipment or communication from them. Crickets… The customer service over the years has tanked. The quality of the products are going down hill too. I am beyond upset. I have been ordering from here for years and never have I ever experienced service the way I am now. I placed a $300+ order back in September and only received some of my items. I have yet to receive the remaining items. I have reached out to Customer Care but have yet to hear anything back nor get a response. Just a generic email response. Please read the entire review so your business doesn’t suffer! I purchased from them on 8/21 and paid the extra fee to jump the line. They said they were switching servers so it could take an additional 2 business days. That was perfectly fine by me. It ended up taking 7 business days (and no I’m not counting the weekends or Labor Day) so purchasing the “jump the line” was a waste of money. I’m really disappointed. My orders from August from the flaming candle are severely delayed. There was no warning email about the warehouse move received, items appeared in stock so I ordered as normal, and found out via the fb forums that they were moving. One order from August JUST arrived today damaged and leaking oils. Paid for skip the line shipping with an estimated 2 day shipping time. 3 weeks later, still nothing. They won't answer calls or emails. I checked their Facebook and it appears this is an ongoing issue. I see they are still accepting people's money when they cant fill orders and they know they can't! I will create a charge back and never buy from them again. They need shut down!
