I run a plant-based soap, lotion, lip balm, etc. store called Nature's Moonlight. I purchase the majority of my supplies at WSP and have never had a problem with their products. I feel that their prices are reasonable and their products are good quality. I also had a situation where I placed an order and then realized I forgot something and placed a separate order and they told me that they would combine it with my previous order so I wouldn't be charged another handling fee and that was very nice. I am new to wholesale and had a few minor issues with orders, thankfully their 5 star customer service (cs) that took care of them - they are awesome. My issues were with shipment and product received were immediately addressed by CS, which was comforting as a new customer. I do think that they are slow at shipping product out and their warehouse makes confusion with orders, but thank goodness they have awesome customer service — they are spot on!
