Extremely disappointing experience. This company clearly allows certain favored employees to treat others with disrespect and mistreatment without any accountability. The favoritism is obvious, and it creates a toxic and uncomfortable environment for both staff and customers. Instead of addressing legitimate concerns, management seems to protect the same individuals repeatedly, which only reinforces the behavior.
