While checking out the property I told Stephanie that I had a despute with a previous roomate. She assured me that my application fee of 120$ would not be denied for the issue. While on the property I asked multiple times if that would be an issue and she said I would be fine. Than was denied the property. When I called back and talked to her, Stephanie said that she is unable to do anything for her mistake. I had the gut feeling she would do this to us, just had to tell others so they are aware of this scandalous company.
