Went to the Aurora store and bought a nice bed set up! they were very nice and polite! Highly recommended!!
Terrible customer service when it comes to damaged products.
poor quality , worse service No management skill at all -Don't waste time neither shop on line or store
Very disappointed. Love the bed I ordered but would of been nice to have the right parts. Gave me two right legs. They than attempted to send me the correct one but instead sent brown not white. When I tried again to get correct leg they said were out of stock for at least 3 months. Ridiculous. So now I have to have one made.. !!.
Definitely trust the one start reviews for this place! They are shady and consider their customers liars. They aren't responsive at all. I bought a piece of furniture supplied by this place and it came damaged. Instead of simply sending a new piece in place of the damaged place they gave me the run around. Avoid this place if at all possible. Still waiting for a replacement piece. I have a pile of furniture pieces cluttering up my room now waiting for a piece from them.
