Wow, really impressed by this company! First, let me start by saying their customer service is TOP TIER. I had ordered two vases from this company through Amazon and when one arrived broken, I reached out to this company's customer service. Even though they couldn't directly help me because it was through Amazon (their fulfillment center shipped it very poorly packed and it was broken), they still responded right away and gave me advice that absolutely streamlined me getting a replacement. Great place to buy quality vases for events! They don’t only do wholesale, they also allow customers to come in to shop for smaller events and parties. Great customer service and very friendly.

My expectations are always met with WGV! So far I have ordered close to a 100 pieces with no issues at all and fast delivery. I did have one broken piece recently and Allan from their customer service quickly handled the issue and made sure I received a replacement or a refund. He also was quick to answer any shipping questions I had. I would 100% recommend buying glass from WGV.
Best prices around but most importantly excellent service. Allan was so patient and understanding and he even help me load my purchases into my van. I've been a florist for 33 years. Have purchased vases from multiple wholesaler and no one beats WGV's prices.
