I shop here because you cant get better pricing or customer service anywhere else. I love just popping in the shop to get pieces for weddings and the customer service is always so friendly and helpful. They have a beautiful selection of glass products to choose from and they even help load it in your car if you choose so. The quality is great as well, its thick glass and doesn't feel cheap like other business that I have dealt with. Called WGV and was fortunate to have Richard Holland assist me. Unlike so many companies that either don't answer or take forever to answer, Richard was prompt, courteous and very helpful.

Customer service was excellent by Richard Holland. I received the wrong vases but once I contacted Richard, he immediately sent me the correct one with no hesitation. These vases were centerpieces for my daughter quinceanera (15th) tables. When correct one arrived, they were beautiful! Thank you for all your help! I will definitely recommend and order again!
