I called and talked to the person that answered the phone and her name was Patty. She was AWFUL. I asked her to transfer me to someone else and the rest of my experience was great. Patty needs to do better since she represents the company she works for.
Absolutely terrible experience. Wholesale Electric in Beaumont is a complete mess from top to bottom. Everything there is disorganized—nothing is where it’s supposed to be, and no one seems to know what’s going on at any given time. The facilities are downright disgusting and clearly neglected, which says a lot about how the place is run.
