I bought two items through Big W Marketplace from Blank Clothing. The size chart was totally inaccurate and the items were far too large. I had to pay postage both ways to receive and return the items. A total cost of $39.12. The cost of the two items was $66.05. Needless to say I will not be ordering again.
Firstly, why use a no safe drop delivery for two blank caps? The postie took the parcel to a post office when they didn’t knock at all (I have cctv footage showing no delivery person knocked that day) and the seller selected a no safe drop via Auspost.
