Being able to buy cotton shirts online with accurate sizing was satisfying. I wear these shirts to work and they are cooling and comfortable.
Excellent customer service. So easy to deal with and so helpful.
Clothing is alright but the website is designed to trick an extra $5 from you. They ask you to pay for free shipping but the t&c say you have to pay AND a handling fee! To cancel the extra cost its hard to find easy to overlook. Some purchaces add a "gst" fee if you choose no free shipping so they try to extract a little extra on every sale for nothing. In the end I paid over $7 less on a puchace but it took an hour to navigate the site which dead ends you and railroads to checkout with the extras
