I will not shop here again. I would give no zeros if that were an option. The blonde haired employee was so rude to me with such a snooty attitude, both of the times I shopped there, which were like 6 months apart. I will never choose to be in that type of an environment, where someone tries to make me feel lesser of myself, while I'm shopping for my adored pets. There are plenty of other options. Never will I go there again.
Do not bring your birds here there have been more than a few instances where they killed the birds while grooming them! Owner has some serious anger issues
Short and not sweet. I bought a baby macaw from this store, within two weeks it was dead. Died a horrible death suffering due to avian bornavirus. The owner seems legitimately sad. He refunded my money with asking but money does not take away pain and sadness. Skip ahead a year. I met a woman who bought their baby macaw here and low and behold, her baby had bornavirus. Dead. With a year between it is clear that multiple birds at this place are carriers. The Breeder birds must be sick for babies to be born sick. One sick baby... read more
