I had the pleasure of being led through a Breathwork session with Orshe. The experience I had was such a beautiful yet profound one. Orshe has such a gentle and loving nature and her voice is extremely soothing. She guided me through my breathing and a few really beautiful somatic release practices as well which felt amazing! Orsolya’s highly recommended, guided Breathwork is truly invigorating, a one-hour necessary pause with cherishing the inner reflection and beautiful inner journey experience. I appreciated the self-care moment and the feeling of being grounded with the intense deeper breathwork. Throughout the guided breathwork, I noticed and released an energy block within my right ankle. The perfect blending of sound, guided meditation, breathwork, and energy involvement.
