My struggle with weight and body image began early in my childhood. I was an obese child and I suffered from judging and bullying at school because of my weight. I became aware of my body image early on, and I struggled with many misinformed diets during my teen years. I remember the many times where I resorted to starvation diets until I lost the weight, causing great harm to my developing body. My struggles with weight loss continued beyond my childhood and adolescent years.

Great experience. Best weight loss program ever!! Besides the calorie adjustment and recording, there is the coaching and handling stress point that helped me achieved and maintain my goal,
Nadia has been a great help for me, she is convincing and was eager to help me realizing the reason of my binge eating. I’m more mindful of what i eat now.
I really wanted to believe this place is legit. They just give you a menu that you can get online. You go in take your weight weekly and that’s it! My weight wasn’t a concern, it was sticking to a real healthy lifestyle that I wanted. So, I saw this place online. Nadia is nice, I’m not going to deny that. But, if we’re paying all this money, there should be more to this program. Sorry, but very disappointing.
I made the best decision in my life signing up with Wholelistic Wellness Center for weight loss when I wasn’t able to do it on my own. Nadia is very knowledgeable and she was able to help me get through it. I lost 33 lbs in 21 weeks and I am very happy and more comfortable with my body. Thank you Nadia and Arij and I really appreciate all your help!
